Corporate renegade turned vigneron Emma White at Latitude 32 is a true original. Latitude 32’s new releases under the Duck Hollow label reflect her passion for international wine and travel.
The new Wonnaru Range pays homage to the custodians of the land of the Hunter Region. They reflect the continued dynamism and passion of Wine Makers in Australia’s oldest wine region.
Away – Duck Hollow

Duck Hollow produces small-batch Australian wines inspired by southern Italy’s Campania wine region, with fruit sourced from vineyards across Australia. The emphasis is on varietal clarity and modern, restrained winemaking by chief winemaker Adam Holmberg.
The Natives from Naples collection, features southern Italian varieties—Fiano, Falanghina and Aglianico. These wines aim to showcase texture, vibrancy, and food-friendliness, using Australian-grown fruit to express the varieties in a clean, fresh local style.
All wines are certified vegan and produced in small volumes with an emphasis on precision and balance rather than heaviness or oak-driven power.
Duck Hollow 2025 Falanghina
A white grape I hadn’t tried before, and extremely rare in Australia. Grapes are sourced from the Murray Darling in Victoria. Pale gold in the glass, with floral, chamomile and passionfruit notes, medium acidity and a subtle saline edge. Lots of fun with an easy-going vibe. If Verdelho and Pinot Gris had a love child… you get the idea.
RRP $38
Duck Hollow 2025 Fiano
Sourced from Heathcote, Victoria this is a lovely expression of Fiano. Great balance of acidity and ripe fruit, with appealing texture and depth from eight months in oak. Full of charm — the kind of wine you could drink by the bucketful.
RRP $45
Duck Hollow 2024 Aglianico
Sourced again from the Murray Darling. An idiosyncratic Italian red variety, light to medium-bodied in the vein of Pinot or Grenache, with gentle tannins. There’s a core of raisin and Christmas-cake richness alongside vibrant red-fruit flavours and a lively acid line.
RRP $55
Home- The Wonnarua Series
Latitude 32 has released the inaugural Wonnarua Range: a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay sourced from 46-year-old vines at the Duck Hollow Vineyard in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley.
The range places strong emphasis on the role of the land in shaping flavour and character. The labels feature artwork by Wonnarua artist Brooklyn Burgess, highlighting the connection between Country and the wines grown on it.
Ten percent of profits from the range will go the Wonnarua Land Council to support local Wonnarua community projects.

The Pinot Noir has smooth, fine tannins and subtle savoury details of red clay and earth. Less fruit forward than most Australian Pinots. More a touch of Hunter Burgundy with some leather notes. RRP $50.

The Chardonnay reflects classic Hunter Valley restraint with alcohol at 12.5%. It’s pale gold in the glass with lime, ripe stone fruit, texture and gentle oak. RRP $50.
